The TotalBlock walk through has a brief presentation on the different approaches to blocking spam and shows how a user can view TotalBlock's personal information tables using the web.

Once you start the tour, you will notice a set of controls at the top of the screen that you can use to stop, halt, go forward and reverse etc. so you can choose to watch only what you want.

Once users become comfortable with TotalBlock and this will normally take only a few days, they tend not to look at the tables, they let TotalBlock manage itself and will look at the history only to determine TotalBlock's action for a specific email.
